Your new day’s work at a glance:

Work in a fast‑paced, cold‑chain production environment where safety, hygiene and quality come first, keeping product moving on the line to meet daily targets.

Use your knife skills and teamwork to help deliver consistent, high‑quality beef for customers all over the world.

• Boner: Bone beef carcases on the chain and break primals to spec while maintaining yield.
• Slicer: Trim and slice primals and sub‑primals to weight and presentation standards.
• Slaughterperson: Perform slaughter of cattle in line with animal welfare and plant standards.

Skills and experience

• You have worked as a meat boner, slicer or slaughterperson before.
• You can use a knife safely, keep it sharp and work at line speed.
• You know beef cuts or slaughter steps and can follow work instructions.
• You are physically fit and can do hands‑on work in a cold, fast‑moving plant.
• You come to work on time, work well in a team and follow safety rules.
