Housekeeper/F&B Attendants– Casual

We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated persons to join the busy team at the Best Western Sanctuary Inn Tamworth. The hotel boasts 60 accommodation rooms, and a restaurant operates from 7 days a week for dinner service. We are looking for a dynamic and career driven individual to join our professional Hotel Team.

Reporting directly to the Respective Manager, our Team's role is a key part of the daily hotel operations by providing a consistent and high-quality standard of guest services and ensuring efficient services to confirm the hotel is presented to the highest standard for all guests.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Housekeeping Support: Help maintain cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.

  • Food and Beverage Assistance: Support kitchen staff with food preparation and assist wait staff during busy periods, contributing to a seamless dining experience for guests.

  • Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met, providing information about hotel services and local attractions to enhance their stay.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work with a strong work ethic

  • Prior experience in the Hotel environment

  • Exceptional customer service skills; including friendly customer service demeanour

  • Proven ability to be a proactive individual with strong organisational and time management skills

  • Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills

  • A passion for exceeding guest expectations and providing a high standard of guest service

  • A strong eye for detail and a focus on accurate reporting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional personal presentation and grooming and

  • A strong appreciation and compliance of workplace safety.

This is a casual role working a spread of shifts over a 7 day roster; including week days, weekends and public holidays.
