- Perform FMV benchmarking using industry tools and historical data; document justifications
- Model payment milestones and prepare negotiation-ready budget packages for the US lead

**Contract Support

- Conduct first-pass redlines of clinical trial agreements, budget exhibits, CDAs, and amendments against approved playbooks and fallback positions
- Flag and escalate non-standard or high-risk terms to the US-based lead/legal counsel
- Maintain the contract tracker, template library, and negotiation playbooks
- Drive cycle-time metrics and follow up with counterparties to keep agreements moving

**Documentation & Process**
- Keep SOPs, playbooks, and trackers current so work is fully transferable and audit-ready
- Participate in process-improvement initiatives across the global team

Qualifications

**Required**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, life sciences, law, or related field
- 2–4 years in contract administration, budgeting/financial analysis, clinical research operations, or CRO/pharma shared services
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1+); confident drafting professional correspondence and redline comments
- Strong Excel skills; comfort learning CTMS/CLM systems
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently across time zones
- Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace suitable for confidential work

**Preferred**
- Prior experience at a Clinical Research Site Network, CRO, or sponsor (e.g., budget/contract analyst, study startup, grants/payments roles)
- Exposure to clinical trial agreements, ICH-GCP, or US healthcare billing concepts
- Experience working with US or Western European clients/stakeholders

What We Offer
- Competitive local-market salary [insert range] paid in [PLN/PHP/USD]
- Home-office/equipment stipend
- Structured onboarding with US-compliance training and a documented playbook
- Clear growth path toward senior analyst
- Annual PTO, local holidays observed, etc
