Outlook Ag Farm Management is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Farm Hand to join a high-performing cropping operation on the Liverpool Plains. At the heart of this role is 800ha of irrigated cotton — one of the most demanding and rewarding crops in Australian agriculture — supported by a consistent winter crop program across a 1,700ha developed irrigation farm. With recent investment in new machinery and precision technology, this is an operation built for efficiency and set up for strong seasonal outcomes.

You'll step into a well-established team that is as invested in the farm as you are — experienced staff, clear processes, and a culture that backs you to do your best work. Located just 20 minutes from Gunnedah and 40 minutes from Tamworth, this is a great opportunity to take genuine ownership of irrigated cropping operations alongside people who know what it takes to deliver results.

We're looking for a skilled and highly motivated Senior Farm Hand who takes pride in their work, demonstrates constant initiative, and enthusiastic attitude towards contributing to team dynamic.

What you'll bring;

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team attitude

  • Ability to work independently and exercise exceptional judgement on farm

  • Experience with bore and river pump site operations and monitoring

  • Hands on experience and knowledge of flood siphon and lateral irrigation systems

  • Proven ability to maintain irrigation systems and farm machinery

  • Proficiency with Green Star and Trimble GPS technology

  • Sound mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset

  • Respect for safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

  • Dedicated to delivering results on the ground

Please contact Farm Manager (Neil - 04•• ••• 080) or CEO (Jack - 04•• ••• 071) if your interested in discussing role further.
