Lead an energetic operational crew maintaining water and sewer reticulation networks. You will manage daily scheduling, coordinate resources, operate civil machinery, and respond to network faults to deliver safe, reliable water services across the North West NSW region.
Lead, mentor, and support operational crews and apprentices.
Coordinate day-to-day works, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Maintain, repair, and operate water and sewer reticulation infrastructure.
Respond to emergency breakdowns, leaks, blockages, and service faults.
Operate civil machinery including jetters, excavators, backhoes, and bobcats.
Certificate IV in Plumbing and Drainage or contractor-level plumbing qualifications.
Valid traffic control, confined space, chemical handling, or excavation tickets.
Proven experience in water utilities, civil plumbing, or sewer infrastructure.
Competent operator of civil machinery like excavators, bobcats, and jetters.
Demonstrated leadership capability or strong potential to lead and influence team culture.
Earn up to $89,302 plus super, on-call allowances, overtime, and weekly pay.
Enjoy a 9-day fortnight with flexible work arrangements for work-life balance.
Secure minimum 4-hour overtime payments for short emergency call-outs.
