We're working with a respected commercial builder that has built its reputation on delivering quality projects and developing talented construction professionals. With a strong project pipeline and a supportive leadership team, this is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Site Engineer to gain valuable industry experience and accelerate their career.
 
The Role
As a Junior Site Engineer, you'll work closely with experienced project teams and gain exposure to both site-based and office-based functions. This position offers hands-on learning across all stages of project delivery, providing a solid foundation for future career progression.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting site and project teams with day-to-day project delivery
  • Coordinating project documentation, reporting, and administration
  • Supporting procurement, estimating, and subcontractor engagement activities
  • Monitoring construction progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
  • Assisting with contract administration, project controls, and financial tracking
About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who is keen to establish a successful career in construction.

You will ideally have:
  • A recently completed degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Around 2 - 3 years of construction industry experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
  • A genuine passion for the construction industry
  • A White Card, or the ability to obtain one
