We are hiring for customer sales/service personnel. Dealing with customer queries telephonically and via emails, limited face to face customer interaction.

This role has responsibility for Customer Service & general administrative duties of the Company.  Reporting to the General Manager, this position provides a stimulating and challenging opportunity for the right applicant. The role could evolve and deepen depending on the capabilities of the incumbent.

 


Key Responsibilities

·         Answering Incoming Telephone Calls.

·         Attending to Face-to-Face Customer enquiries.

·         Responding to customer enquiries regarding plaque design, deliveries and other customer service issues.

·         Monitor and distribute incoming emails as appropriate

·         Appending of correspondence to orders and appropriate database updates.

·         Electronic placement of Artwork onto negative sheets.

·         Undergo training in designing simple plaque layouts as per customer requests

·         Proof reading of customer orders to ensure accuracy

·         Other administrative duties as required



Selection Criteria

·         A strong customer focus together with demonstrated customer service skills

·         Ability to work alongside team members and build strong working relationships

·         High computer literacy, including experience with databases and relevant computer programs.

·         Self-motivated & Positive

·         Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

·         Results orientated and pro-active attitude

·         High level of attention to detail and accuracy
